Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.vintage empire.sg. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. We are currently available for PICKUP INSTORE & domestic free shipping(SG) and global shipping.
PICK UP InSTORE Policy
For those who have opt. for PICKUP INSTORE, you are required to enter shipping address: Blk 77 Marine Drive #18-46 Singapore 440077 as this option is mandatory. Then please await for a confirmation email and we will follow-up with SMS to fix a date and time for appt for INSTORE PICKUP ONLY>
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
www.vintage empire.sg DO NOT ship to addresses within P.O. boxes in Singapore.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order is ready for shipping, a followup SMS will be sent prior to delivery day. Pls kindly confirm your availability and dates/timing prior to delivery. Any last min cancellation, item will be returned and deem as self collection.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
www.vintage empire.sg DO NOT charge tax at the moment.
Damages
www.vintage empire.sg is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at info@vintageempire.sg
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We ship globally now.
We will ship to you from Singapore, we will attend to it asap and depending on the purchase order and estimated processing time. We ship to whichever address you have listed with your buyer profile (or we agreed otherwise)

Returns Policy
We DO NOT offer returns for all purchases made on our website. I don't accept cancellations.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
There is 1 year warranty for all typewriters. A certificate of warranty will be issued and it’s required to show your invoice and warranty upon request.
If you have any additional questions , feel free to contact us.
Additional policies
► RESERVATIONS
We accept 1-2 weeks reservations with 50% deposit (not refundable if you resign). Please kindly PM or email us on this.
►TAXES
As a buyer you are responsible for all import taxes in your country, if any.
We know that is NO import tax for US clients when package arrives from SG to US customs but some additional taxes can be added locally depends on State you live.
IF You are from New Zealand, Australia, Canada etc please ask Customs for more details and rates when you buy overseas. ( we heard about additional import taxes from our clients)
► INSURANCE
Every shipping is covered with full insurance. All the items are carefully wrapped in few layers of bubble plastic and securely packed in new hard cardboard boxes and protected with few layers of waterproof plastic ( We can say: Tsunami Proof! )
So you can buy overseas with confidence!
► DAMAGED ITEMS
All the items and typewriters are double-checked and are sent only if working perfectly. We always record video as a proof for the future claim with agency.
Sometimes it happens so don't panic! If the product arrives damaged, you must photograph the item and the damaged packaging, directly inform the courier (if possible at the door) or the agency and contact us within first 48-72 hours after the delivery (or we agreed otherwise). That's the only way to put a claim to the shipping agency!
PLEASE NOTE! We are NOT accountable for any damages that occur during transit.
► DELAY OR NOT DELIVERY
We always follow and track our packages if your item will not arrive regardless of all the care taken, we will put a claim. Sometimes small human or system error can change delivery time, package can stuck in warehouse or customs clearance can be a little bit slower because bank holidays, road accidents, weather, etc. Your satisfactions and smile on your face is most important to us, please trust us and let us work, your patience will be required :)
Don't worry if they still can't locate it, no worries, we will refund the money or we will ship you (by expedited shipping on our cost) a new item or a different one, of course if you accept it.
